Community Standards Policy
Effective July 10, 2026
Daymaker Connect is a professional relationship intelligence platform. Every community partner that carries the Daymaker Connect name is part of a shared professional environment. This policy defines the standards that all community partners agree to uphold as a condition of their partnership with Daymaker Connect LLC.
This policy is incorporated by reference into the Daymaker Connect Community Partner Agreement. Acceptance of the Community Partner Agreement constitutes acceptance of this policy in its current form. Daymaker Connect may update this policy from time to time with reasonable notice to active community partners.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This policy applies to every organization that holds an active Community Partner Agreement with Daymaker Connect LLC, including the Community Partner Leader and any community activity conducted in connection with the Daymaker Connect partnership. It governs content published, distributed, or permitted by the partner in any context where Daymaker Connect's name, brand assets, or referral links are associated.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Community partners may not publish, distribute, promote, or knowingly permit any of the following in connection with their Daymaker Connect partnership.
2.1 Hate Speech and Discrimination
Content that attacks, demeans, or calls for violence or discrimination against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic is prohibited. This includes content that uses slurs, promotes supremacist ideologies, or frames any group as subhuman or inherently inferior.
2.2 Sexually Explicit Material
Pornographic content, sexually explicit imagery, and content that sexualizes individuals without their consent are prohibited. This applies regardless of whether the content involves real people or fictional depictions.
2.3 Harassment and Threats
Content that targets, intimidates, threatens, or repeatedly contacts an individual with the intent to cause distress is prohibited. This includes doxxing, which is the publication of private personal information about an individual without their consent.
2.4 Illegal Activity
Content that promotes, facilitates, or provides instruction for illegal activity under applicable federal, state, or local law is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to fraud, solicitation of minors, distribution of controlled substances, and intellectual property infringement.
2.5 Misinformation
Content that the partner knows to be materially false and that is likely to cause harm to individuals, communities, or public discourse is prohibited. This includes false statements made about Daymaker Connect, its products, its team, or its partners.
2.6 Spam and Deceptive Practices
Unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive referral practices, artificial inflation of referral metrics, and any form of misleading promotion of Daymaker Connect are prohibited.
3. Partner Responsibility
Community partners are responsible for the content and conduct that occurs within their communities in connection with the Daymaker Connect partnership. A partner does not need to have created prohibited content directly to be in violation of this policy. Knowingly permitting prohibited content to remain in a community environment after becoming aware of it is itself a violation.
Partners are not required to monitor their communities continuously, but they are expected to act promptly when prohibited content is brought to their attention, whether by Daymaker Connect, a community member, or any other party.
4. Reporting a Violation
Any person who becomes aware of content or conduct that may violate this policy may report it to Daymaker Connect at support@daymakerconnect.com.
Reports should include a description of the content or conduct, the community or context in which it appeared, and any supporting documentation. Daymaker Connect will review all reports and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Reports made in good faith will not result in any adverse action against the reporting party.
5. Enforcement
When Daymaker Connect determines that a community partner has violated this policy, it may take one or more of the following actions depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
- Written notice to the Community Partner Leader identifying the violation and requiring remediation within a specified timeframe.
- Suspension of the partner's referral link and revenue share accrual pending resolution.
- Immediate termination of the Community Partner Agreement without the standard thirty-day notice period, as permitted under Section 9.3 of the Agreement.
- Removal of the partner from the Daymaker Connect community partner directory and all co-branded materials.
Daymaker Connect reserves the right to act immediately and without prior notice in cases involving hate speech, illegal activity, or content that poses a risk of harm to individuals. In all other cases, Daymaker Connect will provide the partner with written notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure before taking action.
6. No Obligation to Monitor
Daymaker Connect does not assume any obligation to monitor community partner content on an ongoing basis. This policy establishes standards and enforcement rights; it does not create a duty to actively patrol partner communities. The absence of enforcement action in any particular instance does not constitute a waiver of Daymaker Connect's rights under this policy or the Community Partner Agreement.
7. Updates to This Policy
Daymaker Connect may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or community standards. Active community partners will receive written notice of material changes at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued participation in the community partner program following notice of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. The current version of this policy is always available at daymakerconnect.com.
